At Kiddish we aim to provide you with as much information and images of our product as possible. But we understand its hard to shop online, especially for your little ones. 

Returns

Should you wish to return an item back, please feel free to contact us here and provide us as much details of your order as possible and one of our team members will get back to you to assist with the return. 

Please note: we only offer store credits for returns

Exchange

If you wish to return an item to change the size or colour please send us an email here and provide us as much details of your order as possible and one of our team members will get back to you to assist with the return.

Faulty 

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty or incorrect contact us with relevant clear photos of fault or as much details as you can and our team with gladly assist you. 

Please note: All claims need to be made within 14 days of delivery 

 

Returns - Additional information


You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate the return, if 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the exchange or credit will be sent to you. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email info.kiddish@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option and provide the details to us to ensure we receive the items.
